Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Maye Dental Associates office Phone Number 215-536-1717. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Care Credit Finance

We are pleased to offer Care Credit Health Care Financing to our patients.  Care Credit offers a flexible monthly paymnet option treatment in our office.  If you’ve been delaying dental treatment due to financial concerns, Care Credit may be your solution!  They offer no initial payment, interest free options (6-12 months), or long term financing at low, fixed rates.
